What we welcome

We are interested in focused explanations, comparisons, histories and reader-centred guides that make one cycling subject clearer. A good contribution gives general readers a way into the topic without assuming specialist knowledge or promoting a particular product.

Making a strong pitch

Tell us the proposed subject, the central idea, why it will remain useful and what a reader should understand by the end. Include a brief outline and note any relevant sources or areas of uncertainty. We value precise scope, fresh angles and a distinct purpose rather than a broad survey.

Sending a proposal

Use the Contact page and select the editorial question option, then identify your message as a pitch. Please include your name and a way for us to reply. A proposal is not a promise of publication, and we will consider it on its editorial merits.
