Editorial policy
Grand Cycling Review aims to publish clear, fair and useful explanations of cycling. We make the scope of an article plain, use measured language and correct material when we find it is wrong or misleading.
Accuracy and clarity
We check factual statements against appropriate material before publication and take care with names, definitions and historical context. Where a subject has meaningful limits or uncertainty, we state them rather than imply that one explanation covers every bicycle, route or rider. Readers can contact us through the Contact page to flag a possible error.
Independence
Editorial choices are made for their relevance to readers, not to secure a favourable mention for a product, service or partner. A partnership does not guarantee coverage, and commercial relationships do not determine editorial conclusions.
Corrections
When a reader raises a possible error, we review the relevant passage and correct it when warranted. Changes are made to improve accuracy and understanding; we do not silently preserve wording we know to be materially wrong.
Partner material and illustrations
Paid or partner material is clearly identified so readers can distinguish it from independent editorial work. Some illustrations may be AI-generated; where applicable, they are labelled so that readers can distinguish an illustrative image from a documentary photograph.
